Quando si intende predisporre il telaio del filtropressa per un futuro aumento delle piastre filtranti, bisogna prevedere un distanziatore da interporre tra la testata mobile e l’asta del cilindro idraulico.
Una volta che si desidera installare le piastre aggiuntive, andrà tolto il distanziatore e collegato direttamente lo stelo del cilindro alla testata mobile; l’asta del sensore di finecorsa andrà poi collegata direttamente alla testata fissa.
E’ necessario saperlo al momento della progettazione se la macchina deve essere predisposta. per un aumento futuro del numero delle piastre.
La percentuale di aumento delle piastre rispetto a quelle normalmente installate dipende dalla tipologia di macchina e da altri parametri.
In linea generale è sempre prudente interfacciarsi con l’ufficio tecnico.
When you intend to prepare the filter press frame for a future increase of the installed filter plates, a spacer must be provided to be interposed between the movable head and the rod of the hydraulic cylinder.
Once you want to install the additional plates, the spacer will be removed and the cylinder rod connected directly to the moving head; the limit switch sensor rod will then be connected directly to the fixed head.
