Il gruppo di lavaggio automatico è una struttura fatta a portale (che va installata sopra il telaio della filtropressa) in cui scorre un carrello che porta un gruppo di lavaggio formato da pompa ad alta pressione e da opportuni ugelli la cui funzione è quella di pulire (lavare) “meccanicamente” la tela mediante un lavaggio di acqua ad alta pressione.
Il carrello scorre orizzontalmente lungo tutta la lunghezza della macchina e può alzarsi ed abbassarsi per pulire la tela in tutto il suo sviluppo verticale.
Questo è appunto un lavaggio di tipo meccanico ad alta pressione – fino a 100 bar che serve per pulire le tele nel caso dopo alcune filtrate rimanga dello sporco tra una tela e l’altra (l’accumulo di materiale tra una tela e l’altra, se persiste nel tempo può comprometterne la funzionalità della macchina).
La pressione di lavaggio può anche essere abbassata e si possono avere pressioni anche attorno a 40 bar.
The automatic washing unit is a portal structure (which must be installed above the frame of the filter press) in which a washing carriage runs in longitudinal direction. This carriage carries a washing unit consisting of a high pressure nozzles whose function is to clean “mechanically” the clothes by washing with high pressure water.
The carriage runs horizontally along the entire length of the machine and can be raised and lowered to clean the clothes in all its vertical development.
This is a high-pressure mechanical washing – up to 100 bar which is used to clean the cloths in the event that after a few filtrations, dirt remains between one cloth and another (the accumulation of material between one cloth and another , if it persists over time it can compromise the functionality of the machine).
The washing pressure can also be lowered and pressures can also be around 40 bar.
