Così come le testate del filtropressa sono ricoperte con materiale opportuno in baso al fluido da trattare (Inox AISI 304, 316, Polipropilene), anche i longheroni principali delle nostre macchine subiscono questo trattamento.
Visto che la filtropressa infatti si trova ad operare in un ambiente sporco, con schizzi, ecc; non c’è ragione per la quale questi componenti non debbano ricevere lo stesso trattamento delle testate principali.
Non si tratta di un ricoprimento totale (questo infatti è un optional diverso), ma sia nella parte superiore che nella parte interna i nostri longheroni sono ricoperti.
La corrosione non risparmia alcun elemento per cui, considerando che i longheroni principali assorbono tutto il carico orizzontale del filtropressa; è assolutamente opportuno ricoprire dagli schizzi anche questi organi la cui importanza è fondamentale.
Just as the filter press heads are covered with a suitable material based on the fluid to be treated (AISI 304 stainless stell, 316 stainless steel, Polypropylene), the longitudinal beams of our machines also receives this treatment.
Since the filter press is in fact operating in a dirty environment, with splashes, etc; there is no reason why these components should not receive the same treatment as the main heads.
This is not a total covering (this is in fact a different option), but our side members are covered both in the upper part and in the internal part.
Corrosion affects any element so, considering that the main longitudinal beams absorb all the horizontal load of the filter press; it is absolutely advisable to cover these organs, whose importance is fundamental.
