El lavado ácido de los paños se realiza cuando no hay lodos dentro del volumen de la máquina.
Es por tanto una fase fuera de ciclo y normalmente es el usuario el que decide (interviniendo desde la HMI) cada cuantos ciclos u horas de uso quiere realizar el lavado ácido.
Este lavado funciona por inundación; una vez decidido cuándo se quiere realizar el lavado ácido de los paños, la máquina cerrará el paquete de planchas, a través del cilindro hidráulico montado en el cabezal fijo trasero, bajo presión. En este momento, el ácido clorhídrico se introduce en el volumen de la máquina a través de las válvulas automáticas situadas en la línea de drenaje inferior del filtro.
El llenado del filtro prensa se completa cuando el ácido comienza a fluir fuera de los colectores de descarga del filtro superior. La señal de llenado de la máquina se obtiene mediante una sonda de nivel o mediante un temporizador PLC interno.
Este dispositivo incluye todas las tuberías y válvulas necesarias, así como la bomba de alimentación de ácido y el depósito para el ácido diluido al 3%.
Se excluye el sistema de dilución de ácido clorhídrico, que sigue siendo responsabilidad del cliente.
The acid washing of the cloths is performed when there is no sludge inside the volume of the machine.
It is therefore an off-cycle phase and it is usually the user who decides (by intervening from the HMI) after how many cycles or hours of use he wants to perform the acid wash.
This washing system works by flooding; after having decided the moment in which the acid washing of the cloths is to be carried out, the machine will close the plate pack, through the hydraulic cylinder mounted in the fixed head. At this point, through the automatic valves placed in the line of the lower filtered discharge pipes, diluited hydrochloric acid is inserted into the volume of the machine.
The filling of the filter press ends when the acid begins to escape from the upper filtered exhaust manifolds. The machine filling signal is obtained through a level probe or through a timer inside the PLC.
This device includes all the necessary pipes and valves and the acid feed pump and the tank for the 3% diluted acid.
The hydrochloric acid dilution system is excluded and remains in charge of the customer.
