Además de los componentes “estándar” del grupo hidráulico, los filtros prensa Autemi están equipados con una serie de dispositivos que permiten que estas máquinas funcionen con la máxima seguridad tanto para el operario como para la integridad de la propia máquina.

De hecho, pueden producirse averías como el sobrecalentamiento del grupo hidráulico debido a múltiples motivos (temperatura ambiente, falta prolongada de mantenimiento, avería repentina) que podrían comprometer la integridad del propio grupo.
El termostato instalado detecta si la temperatura del aceite supera el nivel de protección. Si esto ocurre, este componente detecta la anomalía e interviene, enviando la máquina a alarma y señalizando este problema.
De este modo, se salvaguarda la funcionalidad del núcleo de la máquina antes de que sea demasiado tarde para tomar medidas correctoras.

In fact, there may be operating anomalies such as overheating of the hydraulic unit due to multiple reasons (environmental temperature, prolonged lack of maintenance, sudden failure) which could compromise the integrity of the control unit itself.
The installed thermostat detects if the oil temperature exceeds the guard level. In this case this component detects the anomaly and intervenes by sending the machine into alarm and signaling this problem.
In this way the functionality of the heart of the machine is safeguarded before it can be too late for a decisive intervention.
El interruptor de nivel de seguridad se utiliza para comprobar que el nivel de aceite está siempre por encima del nivel mínimo permitido.
Si, por alguna razón, el filtro prensa no ha sido supervisado durante mucho tiempo y no se advierte por el indicador visual de nivel, por ejemplo, que la máquina está trabajando con un nivel de aceite bajo, el sensor en cuestión detecta el fallo y emite una señal de alarma, parando la máquina.
De este modo se evitan daños graves en los componentes del interior del grupo hidráulico.
Además de esto, se añaden cordones de seguridad a todas las mangueras hidráulicas, que -en caso de alguna anomalía o accidente grave- evitan que las propias mangueras revienten y se muevan de forma muy peligrosa para el operario que pueda estar cerca de esta zona.
Estos lazos de seguridad mantienen las mangueras hidráulicas en su sitio y son esenciales para la seguridad del operario, tal y como exige la directiva de máquinas.
